Overview

We put in optimum efforts in creating our digital training/products… in order to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that we cannot satisfy every human, so here’s our refund policy.

Our refund window lasts for 7 days and the user must not have watched/seen more than 7% of the course content.

In the event that the 7 days period have passed since the user’s purchase or the user have watched more than 7% of the course, we can’t offer such user a refund.

This is to prevent fraudulent people from abusing the platform and ripping us off. As a user of SabiMentors, you hereby agree to be bound by this refund policy.

We reserve the rights to update this policy at any given time.

You’re entitled to receive a mail/notification regarding any change made to our refund policy.
