Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply various welding techniques to join metal components according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- Safely operate welding equipment and machine
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance and safety protocols
- Conduct visual inspections of completed welds
- Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment
- Estimating and measuring of metals
- Perform all other assigned duties accordingly
