Job Description
There’s currently an ongoing recruitment for a passionate and goal-oriented individuals who would be interested and able to work as a Room Attendant in the country.
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for responsible for ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort in guest rooms and providing exceptional customer service experience to all guests.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms according to established standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and countertops
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items in guest rooms
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests
- Respond to guest requests or complaints promptly and efficiently
- Follow safety and security procedures to protect guest privacy and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform all other assigned duties accordingly
